Economies are falling apart all over the world, pension plans are in bankruptcy and so there is a huge need for additional income. Today the whole world has become a network. The world has arrived at the network marketing business model … and it is getting stronger and stronger. And that’s why the industry has such a brilliant future.
5 – Peer contribution
In network marketing, company awards are equivalent to the contribution. There is nothing like being paid too much and there is nothing to be paid for. Does not exist. You get paid exactly what you have produced in terms of new members, network and volume of products.
# 6 – Unrelated growth rates
The network marketing industry is now seeing unprecedented growth rates. So when you stop and consider the future, it looks very bright. Since the industry started in the United States in the late 1950s, only 13 companies have reached over $ 1 billion each year in revenue terms. There were hundreds of thousands of companies and only 13 have obtained this annual income.
Whenever you have a new industry it’s like the “Wild West”. The same thing happened in franchising. Seventy years ago people came up with the franchise business model where they could persuade people to pay for a business model kit, to brand the business and take away some of the business and get support in their new venture.
At the beginning of the franchise it was horrible. People were selling ideas and ripping others, doubling their sales territories and ruining people for their money. In the end the regulation entered the franchising sector. And then the monsters were born, like McDonalds, Subway and other big companies in the world.
Franchising is now considered a completely legitimate business model and has created many millionaires. It’s a new and extraordinary way to distribute products. This same process is happening with network marketing. The crazy and stupid days of the “Wild West” are going away and we are seeing companies that have a professional management, who see the power of this business model, are emerging right now.
Be at the forefront of multi-billion dollar companies a year
We are about to really change the whole industry as if it were yours. Here is where we should enter as a leader and vote with our feet. We should make sure that we believe the responsible persons who manage these network marketing companies. We want to make sure that industry is not overshadowed by some who are bad – the “bad apples”.
We also want to make sure that network marketing can reach its full potential. Because it is much better and more efficient than any other business model. And because it is more efficient it should become bigger and better and it will become bigger and better.
Network marketing is starting to hit its “power band”. The industry is really coming out of an early stage … it’s just finding out what the best models are, how to operate more effectively, how to protect consumers and make sure people see a different view. To change the paradigm of network marketing.
The old business models are dying and they do not work anymore and people know it. Technology is enormously on the side of the network marketing business model. Nobody could have imagined, especially those who started in the industry 30 years ago, that you could talk to anyone, anytime, anywhere in the world for as long as you wanted and for free.
For this there are some big companies – $ 12 – $ 13 billion. But in reality they are not so great compared to Apple, Microsoft, Coca Cola and Proctor & Gambles of this world. It’s $ 150 billion + worthy of companies that have worked with a business model that has existed for 150 years.
The network marketing business model is relatively new, but it is maturing and that is why many believe that in the future in this sector we will see companies of $ 20, $ 30 and $ 40 billion.
